Personality Testing:
Personality testing has a variety of uses. Firstly, personality testing can be a great tool to find out more about yourself- why you make certain decisions, what sort of lifestyle you may be draw to, and so in. In a like manner, you can use personality testing to find your compatablity with others.
You could consider personality testing with friends or family, but a strong point is personality testing with a possible partner. You will find out more about them, and they you, and you both can understand each other better.
Personality testing also has a good application if you may be considering employing new staff. Because jobs have such a wide variety, you may find personalities very much suited to the tasks you require.
Marriage Counselling:
Marriage Counselling is about helping couples to identify and understand their communication and decision making patterns which influence their interaction with each other.
Through marriage counselling you can learn new approaches to positively and constructively enhance your interpersonal relationships. Marriage counselling can help you both say what you want in a safe and positive way.
Goal Setting:
In order to successfully help clients achieve their goals a counsellor needs to help a client define their goal. Goals are individual as each person is and defining the exact goal to be reached is the strongest step in attaining it. Through counselling for goal setting the counsellor will analyise where the client is now, and explore the client's options. Having established this foundation, the counsellor is able to organise a plan of action.
With full and ongoing support from the counsellor, a client is able to implement the plan. Continued feedback from the client to the counsellor will make sure that the plan is being implemented successfully. The final step for both the counsellor and client is a joyful one- celebrating successful achievement of the goal.

Grief can occur in four catagories.
1. Disfunctional relationships.
